Important pricing terms, offer details, and disclosures

  • 1. Osmos CRM v2 is in BETA mode. By this we refer that our stage in the development of our product is considered to be functional, but not yet fully completed or polished. During this stage, the product is made available to a select group of users, and may still contain bugs or other issues that need to be addressed before it is released to the general public.
  • 2. Free trial for new subscribers only. When available, free version is offered limiting the use of the solution.
  • 3. Osmos CRM requires a computer or tablet with a supported internet browser and an internet connection (a high-speed connection is recommended). Osmos Cloud can be also accessed by a mobile browser with data access or a Wi-Fi connection.
  • 4. Technical support is free by submitting online tickets, and, depending on the severity, should be answered within the following 72 business hours. Product phone support is only offered by outbound calls available Monday through Friday between 8 am - 6 pm EST and previously scheduled. Osmos reserves the right to limit the length of the call. Terms, conditions, features, pricing, service, and support are subject to change without notice.
  • 5. Data and software access is subject to internet and network availability and occasional downtime due to events beyond our control.
